These workshops have different focuses all geared to Embodiment of our unique Soul Self and living as One Consciousness. We explore different ways to feel our gift of Individuation and our Oneness, dissolving our sense of separation. Transformation comes through meditation and movement and energetic release, plus the group amplification effect.
