Meditation

As Powerful Transformer

Meditation can accelerate transformation. A mysterious alchemy happens as Kundalini energy flows along the spine during meditation, purifying our subtle body, transmuting negative subconscious beliefs. `Through my own daily meditation practice-even 5 min makes a difference- I have become more radiant and positive - with an inner strength that supports me through life’s challenges. My compassion has grown and I’ve expanded my intuition and ability to connect with other dimensions of reality.” Hilary Bowring-

Heart Centred Meditation

To re-align with your Soul Self. The Heart centre is a very sacred place, the seat of the soul. Meditating on the heart helps us merge with our soul; access our intuition, our wisdom. Attuned to soul guidance we can live our highest soul potential, sensing the evolutionary pulse of consciousness. A short daily Meditation practice builds our ability to live in this place of alignment and calmness day in day out, and develops our spontaneity and playfulness

Transformational Mantras

Mantras are powerful tools to help us meditate and transform our daily life. There is a great Sanskrit Mantra: Om Namah Shivaya, pronounced OM Nama Shiv-eye-a . Which means, Om- the primordial sound underpinning all creation, Namah –I bow to, Shivaya- the divine within myself—in simple words: "I surrender to my soul self.’ • Repetition of the mantra in meditation allows our mind to access pure awareness. Feel at Oneness and eventually a state of bliss.• Silent repetition of the mantra in everyday life can quell obsessive thinking, neutralize negative thoughts. We can silently repeat it from our heart when someone is upset, or having a rant, it sends them healing energy.

Meditation Tips.

Prepare your posture for meditation: If on the floor-sit cross-legged; if on a chair—sit with your feet hip width apart, firmly on the floor. Imagine you’re connecting with the earth through your sitting bones and feet. Breathe in slowly, relax your shoulders and elongate your spine. Breathe out gently, raise your heart and let your head relax with your chin parallel with the ground. Place your hands on your lap one above the other or relax them on your knees or in chin mudra with the thumb and forefinger touching. Try to keep your spine elongated so healing energy can flow freely up and down your spine. • Preparing a Meditation space Try ‘same time, same place’. Same time on a morning or evening and your body will start to be ready to meditate. Same place- use the same chair or cushion as energy builds where you sit and encourages meditation. Make where you sit invoke divine feelings inside you. Can be very simple with a beautiful candle, a crystal and a photo of something that inspires you.
