Transformational Workshops
These workshops have different focuses all geared to Embodiment of our unique Soul Self and living as One Consciousness. We explore different ways to feel our gift of Individuation and our Oneness, dissolving our sense of separation. Transformation comes through meditation, mantra, movement and energetic release, plus the group amplification effect. Eastern Philosophy, new Quantum ideas and Sound Healing drive each workshop to expand our perspective, share new knowledge. Movement and voice integrate these shifts -Embodying our individual offering and the feeling of interconnection. The group energy brings love and encouragement into our midst:)
